A Reserve Long Service Decoration, Type Ii, Ii Class United Republic of white threaded inscription of “2/49”(Landwehr Dienstauszeichnungen) Instituted 14 April 1879. 1891 1921 Issue. A rectangular bar constructed of gilded silver, the centre bears a cut out crowned W cipher, within a cut out frame, on a red ribbon with blue stripes, on a magnetic metal backer, measuring 40. 37 mm (w) x 25. 13 mm (h), very fine.
