The game uses a standard poker set to encourage an open world style of play, along with whiteboard style boards that serve as each player's cards. Each turn you turn over three cards and assign one card to indicate your suit, one card to indicate your value, and one card to indicate your poker card. The color determines which of the four regions you activate,
